Great central location within walking distance of everything. Excellent staff and security. Upgraded to a nice suite on the top floor. Enjoyed the karaoke and had a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended for an affordable stay in the heart of the city.

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic value for money. You get more than what you pay for, with clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was nice and spacious, with a great shower. We also loved the fact that our room had a balcony, giving us a lovely view of the surrounding area. Another major plus is the hotel's convenient location. It's close to the shops, making it easy to do some quick shopping, and it's also within walking distance to the Christmas markets. Plus, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the U-bahn, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. Great breakfast with plenty of coffee. Good location with fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Close to Christmas markets. Central location in downtown Cologne. Affordable place to stay.
